The Talent:
- Minimum: A Level/Diploma in related field
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot table)
Job Description
- Provide support on Transfer Pricing: SAP Master Data update, basic calculation, record-keeping, etc.
- Analyze Accounts Receivable, assist with credit collection, cash receipting, issue resolution, and master data management.
- Maintain customer master data, prepare and follow up on contra lists, manage cheque deposits, and handle customer relationships.
- Prepare meeting minutes, handle bankers’ guarantees, and manage customer credit limit requests.
- Manage customer portal access and document retrieval.
- Assist with any additional OTC-related tasks.
- Help with PO creation, goods receipting, T&E claims, issue resolution, and SAP workflow management.
- Provide occasional assistance with bookkeeping and statutory reporting.
- Support month-end closing and statutory reporting as needed.
- Assist with projects led by the Head of Finance & Administration.
- Perform filing, general administrative tasks, and ad-hoc assignments.
