- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing product recommendations.
- Sales: Actively promote and sell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and sales events.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels. Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and gift card payments. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Participate in store layout changes, product displays, and promotional setups.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store objectives. Provide support during peak shopping periods and special events.

Requirement :
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School.
- Experience Level: Ideal applicants should have less than 1 year of experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in the English language, and a strong work ethic are required.
