Accounts Assistant (S$1,800 – S$2,200)
We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who can multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounts Assistants can expect to assist the accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome, with work experience will be in advantage.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles, training provided.
- Processing transactions, issuing, checks, and updating ledgers, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via email.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
