Job Description
- Oversee and evaluate resources, and manage specialist subcontractors for viaduct construction to ensure compliance with the construction schedule, aiming to complete the project within the agreed timeframe.
- Plan and supervise the viaduct construction process, which includes the installation of precast viaduct segments using Launching Girders and Lifting Frames.
- Develop specifications for Launching Girders and Lifting Frames, and oversee their factory fabrication and on-site erection.
- Review and verify construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and construction sequences for all aspects of viaduct construction. This includes design, assembly, and operation of launching equipment, post-tensioning works, and any proposed modifications.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- Viaduct, flyover, and bridge construction projects
- Experience in precast viaduct segment construction using Balanced Cantilever and Span-by-span construction methods
