Job Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Address customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with clients to nurture long-term partnerships
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape in the aviation industry
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of cost budgets
- Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints
- Others ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aviation industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Require frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events
