Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients’ enquiries on account-related, trading-related matters via various channels.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive clients’ retention and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform other dealing functions such as assessing risk and preparing trade reports.
- Support multiple key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, and other deliverables.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- CMFAS CM-CMP (or equivalent) and RES12B papers (for license application).
- Shift work is required (Night shifts and rotational shifts on holidays)
