Job Description
Sales
1. Execute Business Development Plan in Singapore primarily for System Certification and related products and services
2. Understand and devise pricing strategy for each product (Certifications / Training) for various verticals
3. Work closely with the Head of Department and align efforts to achieve over all business targets by conducting primary and secondary research
4. Manage a few accounts, clients for continual enquiry generation
5. May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stake holders
6. Strategy formulation, plan, define and establish a short term / long-term business development plan
7. Estimation and Quotation preparation. Initial vetting of contracts as advised upon by the Head of Department.
8. Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Head of Department
9. Assist the Head of Department on live projects and real time client interaction
10. Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Head of Department
Operations
1. Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation.
2. Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit and etc.).
3. Prepare and follow up on contracts issued to customers.
4. Update enquiry/order tracking chart and Customer Database.
5. Prepare monthly sales performance report and New Order Report.
6. Assist Head of Department in carrying out day to day operations and other office activities.
7. Open new file upon customer signed contract.
8. Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment.
9. Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to ensure zero trauma and continuous business.
10. Monthly compilation of customer complaints/feedback.
11. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and latest industry trends.
12. Researching and recommending new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements.
13. Manager updated data of key accounts, clients for continual sales effort.
14. Carry out any other duties as entrusted by the Head of Department
Training will be provided.

Diploma or Degree Level Candidates in Business Management or Engineering or any relevant fields
