We are looking to hire a Client Onboarding and Enablement Specialist to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. Successful candidate will be able to work in an environment where you will never get bored because of the dynamics on client initiatives, sales and trading need. This is also a good opportunity exposing yourself with front-office revenue generating space which the client is playing a key role to connect system for client making trading business happen.
Typical usual working hours from 0900-1730 Mondays ~ Fridays with some occasion weekend tasks interacting with external clients for network changes telnet testing for clients (roughly once for every 3 months only). When there is a need (in the future), the successful candidate would be considered to participate morning support rota starting from 0730~1600 HKT
Responsibilities:
• Review onboarding requirements and revise/advise for the best options/solutions (on Tech side) for client onboarding
• Communication with business, sales, traders, end clients, vendors regularly for client onboarding asks, follow-up and status updates
• Liaise with various parties for coordinating system setup and overseeing entire onboarding process running smoothly
• Running client testing internally and externally before promoting system/client changes to production environment
• Review priorities and MAPS CE capacity on a regular basis to partner with business for client onboarding asks/tweaks/projects
• Contribute to operational excellence space by having an open mindset to come up with better solutions for daily operations, client onboarding workflow and improve our day-to-day live
Requirements:
• Provable track-record in the client onboarding space
• A sound understanding of the FIX protocol
• A solid background in UNIX and LINUX; experience with scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) preferred
• Good knowledge of, and experience with, change management processes and following Agile practices
• Good Communication Skills with client driven mindset with good coordination skills and showing the willingness to work with various people internally, externally for onboarding client, resolving their needs and deliver results for business growth (on Technical Space)
• Ideally holding Technology related University degree with similar experience in support high pressure/high demand and multi-tasking working environment
• Good command of spoken and written English as the day-to-day communication media is in English with most of internal business users, Tech partners, Operations partners, external client (Tech space) and various external vendors to get things done
• The successful candidate should be able to coordinate work in addition to client onboarding related planning. Well organized communicating with various teams/stakeholders and be adaptive and be flexible in coming up solutions with a good mindset of risk management and being a result-oriented partner
