As a Accounts Receivable Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire spectrum of AR functions. This includes proactively addressing customer inquiries, resolving outstanding AR issues and invoices, and ensuring accurate entry of receipts into the accounting system on a daily basis.
Additionally, you will handle customer disputes, escalate as necessary, and facilitate resolutions while maintaining effective AR processes. Monitoring and reporting on AR aging and conducting credit control reviews will also be part of your duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable.
- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries and resolve outstanding AR issues and invoices.
- Update receipt entries in the accounting system daily.
- Manage customer disputes, escalate when needed, and facilitate resolutions.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging.
- Conduct credit control reviews.
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the company or its subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or finance would be preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle pressure.
- Familiar with Xero software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in PC literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge.
- Dynamic, driven, and proactive.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
