Job Description
• To assist and support Section Head and relationship managers to promote business activities with Bank & Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) segments in the Asia and Pacific region.
• Provide effective support to Section Head and relationship managers in maximizing profits from Bank & NBFI clients for Mizuho Singapore and regional branches in Asia and Pacific region and achieving profit goals.
• Support Section Head and relationship managers in marketing to Bank & NBFI clients and conducting necessary internal work in order to originate domestic and regional business.
• Fulfill the necessary requirement for internal and external procedure and reporting in terms of Bank & NBFI clients which includes KYC/AML, on-boarding, account opening, credit analysis, financial performance monitoring, profit progress monitoring and other related matters.
• Co-operate with relationship managers to execute credit transactions, and maintain credit portfolio with necessary drawdown operations, periodical research and analysis on clients, relevant industries and markets.
• Communicate with middle/back offices and other business partners to resolve the issues and work to find solutions in consultation with relationship managers and section head.
• Ensure the integrity and completeness of documentation in conformance with generally accepted regulatory requirement and established policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
A Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent in the similar field.
Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
Working experience in front office of global banks (including top tier Singapore banks).
Working experience with clients of Bank & NBFI segments in Singapore and/or other regional countries at global banks is preferred
Good relationship management and people engagement skills
Team player spirit, and a passion to develop and expand business including client base.
