Job Responsibility:
- Analyse the company’s products and processes and find ways to improve sales cycles (from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure).
- Conduct market research on relevant competitors (both products and processes) and present competitor analysis to the team.
- Review and propose improvement on the company’s positioning, services, and pricing strategies when required.
- Build up marketing, branding and communication tools to increase saliency and visibility of the company.
- Organise and participate in industry networking events and customer engagement activities to increase brand value and awareness and build customer preference.
- Ensure consistent communications and brand image to the public and various business stakeholders.
- Review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- Liaise with sales and marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Seek out new business and revenue opportunities through business and market analyses.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree Holder in Business Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Management or Education-related industry would be an advantage.
- Project management skills.
