Job Description:
- Planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of reinstate projects.
- Assist the project manager to manage, oversee and monitor reinstatement activities to ensure design specifications and quality requirements are met.
- Responsible for leading and managing the formwork team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project.
- Responsible for all inspection activities are carried out.
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site.
- Job review of subordinate staff.
- Interpreting specifications and job orders.
- Coordinating the work of one or more units with other units.
- Recommending or initiating personnel action.
- Provide weekly update to the Project Manager and management.
- Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
- Manage correspondence & documentation with Client/Client' representative and contractors.
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
- Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
- Ensure the allocation of resources as planned and submit daily work progress and manpower forecast report.
- Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached.
- Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce a strategic partnership.
- Overall projects planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
- Responsible for general onsite technical and engineering matters.
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Ad-hoc assignment as required by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree specialized in EngineeringCivil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Preferred minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with safety aspects in Construction industry.
- Able to work independently and as a key member of site management.
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
