Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets, expand customer base and strengthen market position.
- Analyse sales revenue to assess the profitability of existing and new products.
- Provide performance feedback and contribute to sales and marketing strategy development.
- Work closely with team to drive team performance and provide excellent customer service.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the engineering or technical industry (e.g. Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Marine) with proven supervisory or leadership role.
