Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records
- Support month-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist in payroll processing and ensuring timely payments
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters
- Assist in preparing tax-related documents and regulatory submissions
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation for all financial transactions
- Perform any other work assignments as required by the company
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or related certifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read, write, and speak Chinese effectively
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
