Responsibilities:
- Achieve departmental and personal revenue and profit targets proactively.
- Produce and recognize sales leads
- Prepare quotes and a first system design.
- Schedule meetings and sales presentations with prospective clients.
- Sign and negotiate contracts in line with your sales objectives.
- Provide ideas and suggestions to increase sales outcomes, reputation, and market share
- Uphold long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Strengthen the Company brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience (Security/Solution-based sales experience required)
- Majority Hunter role
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
- Singaporean Only
