- Manage and maintain of centralised claims data and understand, review and analyse the various outputs.
- Work closely with the claims team to ensure an effective, well-managed and compliant department, in line with defined processes and procedures.
- Review claims files, compile and process claims bordereaux/statements.
- Create new claims files using internal claims systems and production and circulation of regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations in relation to Financial Crime & Conduct.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 4 years of claims experience from reinsurance/non-life insurance.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills and effective technical communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
