Singapore IT Lead of TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a system integrator environment and will be responsible for managing both pre and post-sales activities in addition to standard technical lead responsibilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent customer-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud services and solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical lead role within a system integrator environment.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent pre-sales and post-sales experience, with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies relevant to the company’s offerings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Gross Salary: $5000 - $6500

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales Activities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions during client meetings and product
- demonstrations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
2. Post-Sales Activities:
- Oversee the implementation and integration of solutions according to client specifications.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on the use of implemented solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure future business opportunities.
3. Technical Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.
