Responsibilities
- Ensure coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Develop and manage staff schedules
- Setting up the floor operation team with the owner (including servers, hosts, and etc.)
- Collaborate with the owner and internal bookkeeper to manage restaurant accounting tasks, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management processes
- Labor and service management, Quality Control
- Hands-on involvement in grilling activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in Korean restaurant
- Proficiency in Korean language to liaise with korean speaking stakeholders
