Job Description
- Preparing and cooking food according to menu items.
- Operate cooking equipment with proper safety precautions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including ensuring ingredients, utensils and dishes are properly stored.
- Controlling and managing kitchen inventory.
- Opportunity to design and test new menu items which complements the impressive selection of fine wines, champagnes, whiskies, sake available in the restaurant.
