Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Job Description
- Handle customers, corresponding sales activities such as receiving PO, processing sales order, Inquiry/Quotation, invoice issuance and other sales activities
- Ensure customer's orders are processed accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with sales team to meet customer’s requirements.
- Provide customer support when needed.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare purchase order, monitor orders, and inventory monitoring.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years working experience
- Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Working experience as sales coordinator or purchaser would be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin because will need to handle Chinese speaking.
