We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing and Events Executive to join our client in the government industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live national events, commencement dinner, exhibitions, and student events
- Responsible for events related theme and related event’s communication materials and updates
- Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
- Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to target audience especially on social media platforms
- Manage website updates and revamp
- Speaker management and serves as point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national level event
- Negotiates and coordinates services with events, catering, venue, website and other logistical vendors
- Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.
Job Requirements:
- Background in Marketing, Events Management
- Experience in designing marketing collaterals, website updates i.e. WordPress
