Position: Finance Officer
Location: Jurong West
Salary: Up to $2500
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Approvals:
- Approve invoices from external vendors, including recruitment agencies.
- Approve claims.
- Billing Management:
- Approve and process monthly invoice billings.
- Prepare in-service billing and verify claims.
- GIRO Processing:
- Handle GIRO processing and check GIRO batches for accuracy.
- Expense Verification:
- Verify and approve CONCUR claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Min 2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Organized and meticulous in handling numbers and data.
- A team player with a positive working attitude and is willing to learn and adapt.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
