Job Duties:
- Creating and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
- Arrange and conduct interviews with management
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
- Handle all related government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave/Traineeship) and government grants
- Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Keep track and update all leaves applications and claims
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years in experience in HR generalist, focusing on recruitment, and operational support.
- Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with work passes requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
