Job Summary:
The successful applicant reports to Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for streamlining and implementing processes, policies and control governance. He or she is required to manage full spectrum of a new overseas entity. Ensure Accounts Payable, accounting procedures and reports are accurate and in compliance with acceptable accounting standards, practices and internal policies. Contribute to various projects improvements within Finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role with strong background and involvement in Accounts Payable, internal controls, policy development and implementation as well as process improvements
- Experience in ERP system implementation and managing of overseas entity will be an added advantage
- Strong project and stakeholder management, organisational and analytical skills
· Good command of written and spoken English. A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact well and enjoy communicating to people across all levels and cultures
· Meticulous, responsible and reliable
· Positive, proactive, self-motivated and can-do attitude to resolve problems
· Independent, resourceful in managing competing priorities, able to multi-task and meeting tight deadlines
