- Identify client’s business to profile their requirements
- Align client’s requirements to selected apps and security
- Suggest the appropriate app to recommend to client
- Provide regular review of progress and identify further leads
- Hand hold the client in implementing the selected app
- Train client on the use of the app
- Ongoing support to client and attend to any ad-hoc enquiries
- Overseas exposure and network
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Exposure to retail would be useful
- Experience in implementation of new system or work process
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and Xero preferred
