The Opportunity
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- East (5mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT)
This role will be reporting to the Sales Manager as well as the Director. The primary job function will be to assist with the day-to-day operations for both administrative and business support of the office.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales team
- Attend to customers enquiries and orders
- Records cheque collection and updates shared files
- Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner
- Daily processing of customers' POs and invoice generation
- Arrange for e-commerce sales fulfilment
- Attend to walk in customers for showroom visits
- Liaise with logistics for delivery of goods
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level & above
- Preferably with 1 year working experience in the related field
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Proactive, meticulous and independent
