The Senior Executive Information Security Department Project Management Office & Administration will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and management of projects within the Information Security Department. This role will primarily focus on Project Management (80%) with a secondary focus on administrative duties (20%). Additionally, the role requires experience in internal communications to ensure effective information dissemination within the department and across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Assurance

  • Maintain and advocate project management standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure efficient execution of projects by monitoring and controlling project progress.
  • Track and forecast key project metrics, including Key Performance Indicators related to programs, portfolios, resources, and risks.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Department Administration

  • Handle administrative duties within the Information Security Department.
  • Support Manager on travels, claims, and other related administrative tasks.
  • Organize team gatherings and other departmental events.

Internal Communications

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging within the department.
  • Prepare and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and ensure that key messages are communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts and foster a unified organizational culture.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving

  • Foster collaboration among teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving to address any project-related challenges.

Communication

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in interacting with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, with a focus on enhancing internal communications.

MUST HAVE:

· Polytechnic Diploma or higher with 2–4 years of experience in Project Management and Internal Communications.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Experience in managing project Key Performance Indicators, risk management, and resource forecasting.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and communication channels efficiently.

· Resourceful, independent, responsible, and meticulous.
