Our Company is hiring for one Sales and Administrative Executive. Welcome all interested parties to apply.
Main Duties are:-
Generate quotations to customers
Processing orders
Generate invoices and delivery orders
In charge of order placement, shipments, and communications with suppliers
Inventory management control
Attending to email inquiries and calls
Arrangement of courier and logistics
Packing of goods for export
Other duties as assigned
Establishment of Standard Operating Procedures
We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following pre-requisites:-
Minimum 2 years working experience
Able to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Application
Experience with Accounting Software will be added advantage
Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude, and willing to learn
Able to work independently
Experience and knowledge in preparation of shipping documents will be added advantage
Able to speak, write English and Mandarin
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Superior
