PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responding to customer feedback, compliments and complaints from emails, calls and social media.
· Able to liaise or communicate with external and internal customers.
· Take down any corporate sales enquiries for follow-up if required.
· Updating inventory for webstore sales.
· Updating daily website orders
· Scheduling of delivery and stocks inventory
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend to customers’ enquiries on CBTL products
· Liaise with the respective outlets for any incomplete information for orders, enquiry, complains and more
· Follow up via email/calls with customers enquiry, and email write-in if needed
· Assist respective Outlets enquiries in regard to assistance in customer’s request or outlet’s request
· Updating of database for feedback, voucher, sales information with detailed information.
· Data entry processing
