Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers
- Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures
- Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT’s entities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- REIT or real estate experience preferred
- CA/CPA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore FRS (International)
- Self-motivated, meticulous, hands on, able to work independently and proactive team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Meticulous with excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills
- Savvy with IT systems, knowledge of SAP and/or Yardi will be advantageous
