Responsibilities
- Preparation and checking of Private Banking loan documentation as the primary role, with secondary role handling and checking Private Banking loans and Corporate Banking Loans.
- Experience in PB documentation is essential.
- Follow-up with relationship managers/legal counsel on outstanding documentation and condition subsequent
- Perform UAT testing
- Liaise with Bank’s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents
- Daily MER Report Monitoring and escalate to relevant Department should there be any breach.
- Carry out other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within Private Banking, particularly in PB loans documentation
- Must have very strong PB loan documentation experience specifically in insurance and mortgage documentation
- Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties
