Job Description: Tech Support Admin
Role type: Contract 12 months

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Tech Support Admin with 3-5 years of experience to support business operations, handle staff onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide administrative support for meetings and IT project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to work professionally with both users and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding Staff/Vendors:
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for staff and vendors based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Liaise with contractor and vendor personnel to gather necessary information for security clearances.
- Raise requests for IT equipment, account provisioning, and ensure all necessary setup is completed for new hires and vendors.
- Meeting Support and Coordination:
- Provide secretarial support for meetings, including proposing available meeting slots and liaising with stakeholders to finalize schedules.
- Book meeting rooms, register visitors, and ensure smooth meeting logistics.
- Business-as-Usual (BAU) Support:
- Assist IT project managers with daily operational tasks and ensure continuity of business activities.
- Manage administrative support for ongoing IT projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
- Minimum 3years of experience in Onboarding and offboarding staff and vendors for Large scale IT Projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Secretarial support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Project Assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to interact professionally with users, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering tasks accurately and on time.
