Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining consistency in service delivery.
- Standards & Integrity: Enforce company standards and safeguard the integrity of our brand, ensuring adherence to all operational guidelines.

- Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment process and ensure comprehensive training programs are in place for all staff members.

- Role Modeling: Demonstrate and uphold the highest standards of performance, appearance, and behavior, setting the example for the team.

- Manpower Planning: Ensure adequate staffing levels for daily operations through strategic manpower planning, including the creation of weekly duty rosters and daily station plans.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations.
- Menu Planning Assistance: Collaborate in the planning and development of beverage and wine menus, contributing to a diverse and appealing offering.
- Inventory Management: Manage the monthly inventory process, ensuring accurate submissions and sufficient stock levels for daily operations.
- POS System Management: Oversee the Epoint system, including the recording and placement of new items into the POS terminal and stock management processes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze monthly reports, including sales, food and beverage performance, and customer metrics.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service and offerings.
- Cash Handling: Ensure accurate and secure cash handling, including daily bank deposits.
- Cleanliness & Order: Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, specifically in a leadership role as an Assistant Manager.
