The BFL Group is one of the world’s leading off-price retailer of fashion and homeware. Based in United Arab Emirates, we serve over three markets across the Middle East and Europe.
Our journey started when our unique off-price business model – Brands for Less – was introduced to Lebanon in 1996. Four years later, in the year 2000, we had a home in the UAE.
Our goal is to delight customers and entice them back with the promise of exceptional pieces that excite – all at up to 80% off the original retail price for fashion designer brands. Our unique “Treasure Hunt” model ensures there is always something new to explore, desire and discover within our stores. Our customers walk out with new items every time they visit any of our stores.
As Brands For Less, driven by optimized rapid-purchase strategies, became a phenomenon across the Middle East, we expanded to engage new audiences. We acquired exclusive rights to the Tchibo franchise in the MENA region, selling the German brand’s homeware and apparel at very competitive prices associated with premium customer care environment. Our UAE presence evolved into our central operational hub from where we distribute rapidly to other markets.
While we are proud of the customer trust, support and loyalty we have achieved, we never take it for granted and are always looking at new ways to delight. We have launched our Toys For Less concept that extends our off-price retail model to toys, kids apparel and party costumes. We have also recently acquired franchise rights for Korean brand MUMUSO that we have taken to Lebanon, Malta and Spain.

POSITION: STOCK ROOM IN CHARGE
DEPARTMENT: STORE
REPORTING TO: TDSM / DSM / SM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assure the delivery that they received tally on the good issue report Grn (if not tally, this must be reported to the Shop In Charge. Stockroom In Charge must monitor if they received missing totes the next day. If not, contact the warehouse In Charge
· Report the excess item / wrong delivery or other shop to the In Charge within the day
· Inform In Charge with slow moving and repetitive item inside the stockroom
· Delivery must be done and displayed within the same day.
· Report suspicious reserved item to the In Charge (customer reservation only for one day)
· Make sure that all clothing inside the stockroom are with rfid hard tags upon receiving from delivery. (If not, employee needs to put rfid tag and pair it)
· If employee check the wrong price of item with price discrepancy, this must be reported to the In Charge
· If the staff broke the item from checking the delivery, this must be reported to the in charge (staff must pay for the item and prepare an incident report)
· Assure that employee has an updated inventory every week.
· Employee must maintain the cleanliness and organized stockroom.
· Assure and report to the In Charge the stocks or over stock of shopping bags and hangers or any kind of supplies in the stockroom.
· Organized the online item, assure all are disposed. If not send back to the warehouse.
· Garbage from the stockroom must be check by security/staff and stockroom In Charge.
· If employee sees any wrong doings in the stockroom, this must be reported immediately to the In Charge.
· Empty totes from delivery must be clear and no item left inside before sending back to the warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Retail industry experience
· Familiar with Microsoft office applications and computer literate
· Above average communication skills
