Our Client is a well-established entity in information technology services industry, and is an associate company in Japan. The company offers a wide range of IT infrastructure services, including IP LAN network systems, data-center virtualization, storage, backup, security, and cloud solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation of enterprise network infrastructure using cutting-edge Cisco products and solutions.
· Take charge of configuring and deploying Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other advanced technologies like Fortinet Firewall, Riverbed, and TrendMicro products.
· Deliver expert technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring client satisfaction.
· Showcase your strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex network issues.
· Manage problem-solving, service contracts, and oversee change and maintenance processes.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and service records.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in the Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably min 2 years working experience in the information technology services field
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
- CCNP / CCNA certification will be added advantage
