Position Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and practiced senior Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts into the corporate sector. This role is pivotal in establishing Teleskop as the go-to solution for employee benefits and financial wellness in large organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, particularly in the financial or employee benefits sector, and will be able to operate strategically and independently. As an early employee, you would have the opportunity to shape the organization by working closely with the co-founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the corporate market, focusing on selling Teleskop’s platform as a key component of employee benefits packages.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage with HR executives, benefits managers, and other key decision-makers within large corporations to present Teleskop’s value proposition.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Teleskop at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning the company as a leader in financial wellness and legacy planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance to provide insights to the leadership team and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in B2B sales, employee benefits sector or insurance sales
- Reach: Relevant contacts preferably in MNCs and experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a corporate sales environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives and close deals
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about client needs and implement innovative solutions that align with their business goals.
- Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
- Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative approach.
