Responsibilities:
• Oversee the transfer of premises to and from tenants and buyers
• Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan for the Company’s properties
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation projects
• Ensure buildings are well-maintained, focusing on security and cleanliness
• Address and resolve all complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly
• Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants
• Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (including SIC, ERT, and First Aid)
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, or Estate Management
