Role Summary:


Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant where you will drive new business and nurture relationships with existing clients. This role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to final placements, providing a pivotal link between job seekers and employers to support career and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients from initiation to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their ongoing needs.
  • Consult on market trends, recruitment strategies, and effective candidate management.
  • Ensure high-level service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle work pass applications and submissions.
  • Provide additional HR support services, including payroll and personal tax filings.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • Diploma and above in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is beneficial.
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record in business development.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
