Hiring : Food Outlet Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient day-to-day activities of our restaurant operations.
- Compile and analyse data, monitor the development and performance of our staff.
- Manage and implement business continuity plans.
- Review of workflow and processes to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
- Manage cost and quality controls.
- Sales administration and supervise customer service personnel.
- Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Implement loss/risk prevention.
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Inspect and ensure that the work station is clean and meet the NEA hygiene standards at all times
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a "O” Level or Diploma or higher in any fields
- With at least 1-2 years of Bakery experience
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Able to bake breads, cakes & pastries, prior baking work experience preferred and will be renumerated accordingly.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
