Position Summary

Are you passionate about HR administrative tasks? Join us as an HR Admin Executive and play a key role in our dynamic team. In this position, you will handle a range of administrative and HR responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach and a strong foundation in HR generalist functions. We’re looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

·      Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

·      Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

·      Assist in the daily HR operations function and work according to Company policies and SOP.

·      Provide support on HR-related events and office administrative.

·      Provide support for work passes renewal and restricted work area passes application.

·      Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.

·      Timely process HR invoices and update in the work file.

·      Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

·      Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of office operations.

·      Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.

Requirements

Requirements

·      Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Minimum of 2 year of generalist experience in HR and office administration.

·      Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

·      Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

·      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·     Willing to learn and open-minded person, able to handle pressure and adapt changes.


Note

This is a 6-month contract and renewal are subject to performance and department workload.
