Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience and will be crucial in maintaining and organizing our website. As we transition towards brand development, your role will evolve to include market analysis and brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Develop and implement initial marketing strategies to drive website traffic and engagement.
- Assist in the development of brand strategies and marketing plans as the company grows.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors for tasks such as design and branding when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze website and marketing performance to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on website management and content organization.
- Experience in market analysis and brand development is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus; if not, the ability to collaborate with outsourced designers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with both internal and external Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
