Key Responsibilities:
- To manage all on-site activities related to timber and wood flooring projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Train and mentor junior staff and workers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, specifically in timber or wood flooring.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
