Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of the company's social media strategy, ensuring that campaigns are rich, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives.
- Conceptualize and lead campaigns to showcase the employer, its initiatives, and professions, effectively profiling the company across various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute staff engagement plans to foster a positive organizational culture and improve overall engagement among employees.
- Provide communications counsel and support to various departments within the company, including overseeing branding and editorial aspects of collaterals.
- Develop and manage crisis communications strategies, including participating in emergency preparedness exercises to ensure the company is well-prepared to handle any potential crises.
Job Requirement
- Possess Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Possess three years' relevant work experience, with a proven track record in managing social media campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a creative and meticulous approach to work.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
