Technical and Operation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional service via email/telephone to customers (and leads) on products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate technical solutions with the technical specialist
- Manage a tight process to tapped on Vendor, partner’s technical resources in our pre and post sales delivery
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Work closely with product category and colleagues to develop new business proposals
- Work closely with sales team to effectively propose, managed and execute proposal, PoC , leverging on partner and Vendor resources as much as possible.
- Systematically manage, lead and own company’s sales, CRM and vendor enabling tools
- Plan and execute the partner enabling activities to grow new leads including
o Exhibition preparation: posters, customers list…
o Online/Offline workshop with partners
o Update website, blog posts…
- Market intelligent: Update vendor and competitors information in a timely fashion to internal team, partners and even customer if relevant.
- Work hand in hand with Service and logistics Specialist to Coordinate and monitor sales supply chain operations
- Regular monitoring of our post sales effectiveness, timely reporting and service level standards. Either directly or via our partners.
