Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Process and manage invoices from suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Handle and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
Skills
- Accounting Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and proficiency in accounting software (Autocount).
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational abilities, time management, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial and administrative tasks.
