We are seeking a highly skilled technical project manager with a strong background in software project management and expertise in Agile methodologies to lead the implementation and enhancement in our Projects. This role requires managing complex projects that integrate technology and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Appian software with experience in implementing Appian in a corporate setting, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of proven working experience as a PM in the IT sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
- Experience in Insurance industry is an added advantage
