Account Executive cum Admin
Location : [nearby lavender mrt (3 mins walking distance)]
Working : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary : $ 2500 - $3500
Job Description:
- Performing payroll, e-submission of CPF payments and GST Filing functions
- Manage company leave function and claiming subsidy from government
- Yearly e-submission to IRAS for staff
- Assist in month-end closing & year-end closing
- Supervise and review the work of Accounts Assistants
- Handle any other ad hoc accounting assignment as assigned
- Prepare and post journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly management reports such as sales commission, aging reports and others
- Follow up customers payment closely
- Work closely and follow up with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of accounting functions
- Liaison with company secretary
- Maintaining Company Fixed Assets. eg. Motor vehicle report and maintenance
Job Requirement:
- Qualification – O level / ITE/Diploma in accounting
