As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our applications meet client needs by designing and implementing unit tests, debugging code, and defining corrective actions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to review system requirements, create test cases, and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Location: Central, Singapore
- Salary Package: Up to $3800 - $4500 (basic) + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements to determine test-ability, and develop appropriate unit test cases.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured unit test plans and test cases.
- Design, build, and execute unit tests using Katalon Studio or similar tools to validate application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design the necessary test cases.
- Maintain and update unit test scripts within the existing framework, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting efforts, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution of issues.
- Analyze regression test reports to identify and document defects.
- Record, document, and track bugs detected by unit tests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the project team.
Required Qualifications:
- A tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on unit testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive unit test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in a programming language, with a preference for Java.
