In this role, you will be an integral part of our exchange and clearing house, contributing to the seamless execution of trading and clearing activities. Responsibilities
- Precision in Trade Execution: Gain hands-on experience in executing and meticulously monitoring trade, assisting in clearing and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Regulatory Adherence: Develop a comprehensive grasp of regulatory mandates and play an active role in upholding compliance with exchange and clearing regulations.
- Insightful Data Analysis: Utilize your keen analytical skills and financial acumen to support the evaluation of trading activities, facilitating the generation of informed reports.
- Holistic Team Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams and external partners to ensure the harmonious functioning of exchange and clearing operations.
- Innovative Process Refinement: Identify avenues to optimize operational processes, infusing your fresh perspective for the continuous enhancement of efficiency.
- Quality Customer Service: Assist and interact with market participants, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about trading procedures.
- Provide dedicated support during the overnight shift (2230 to 0630) from Monday to Friday (Saturday morning).
- Shift-Based Excellence: Thrive in a dynamic work environment with shift work arrangement, ensure proper handover from the previous shift and to the next shifts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder.
- Passion for the financial industry and a determined aspiration to excel in exchange and clearing operations.
- Eagerness to learn and practice new topics
- Strong analytical skills, enabling quick comprehension of complex concepts and data.
- Proactive approach to understanding and adhering to regulatory compliance within financial markets.
