RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversee entire front of house restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Conduct weekly roll call to communicate and reinforce company’s policy
- Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Oversee and ensure compliance hygiene, sanitation and safety standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Maintain administrative functions, ensure all paperwork are completed accurately
- Assist in promoting marketing campaigns and implement marketing initiatives in the restaurant
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff
- Efficient manpower planning and rostering
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant setting with 1 year of supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
- Thorough knowledge in food and beverage operations
- Possess excellent communicate and management skills
- Decisive and critical thinker with strong leadership skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
